ORAVISTA exists because buying in Puerto Rico should not depend on chasing answers. We do the research, show our sources, and say plainly what we do not yet know.
Principles
Verified means verified.
Every important field on an ORAVISTA record carries one of three statuses. Verified means we confirmed it with a document, the listing professional, or the community, on a stated date. Unverified means it appears in a source we have not yet confirmed. Unknown means no reliable source states it.
Authorized properties only.
We present a property only when we are authorized to advertise it, and we remove it when it is no longer available. Puerto Rico law requires both, and so does trust.
Licensed professionals for every transaction.
ORAVISTA is an information and introduction service. Tours, offers, and negotiations are handled by licensed real estate professionals. Brokerage services are provided through the licensed broker named at the bottom of every page.
Your information stays with us.
We collect only what we need to answer your request, we never sell it, and we share it only with the professional you agree to be introduced to.
