Dorado Beach East

The community

Dorado Beach East is described by the resort as an exclusive gated community of custom single family homes. Residents have a clubhouse with a pool, tennis courts, Livingston Park, and an aviation themed family park on a historic airstrip.

It sits within Dorado Beach, the roughly 1,400 acre oceanfront property that Laurance S. Rockefeller acquired in 1955. Golf is branded TPC Dorado Beach, on courses whose lineage goes back to Robert Trent Jones Sr. in 1958.

Living here

Resort amenities at Dorado Beach include Spa Botánico, the Watermill Aquatic Park, tennis, and a club membership program. East Beach is the active beach for kitesurfing and windsurfing; West Beach is the calmer one.

For families, TASIS Dorado is in Dorado and the Baldwin School of Puerto Rico, an IB World School, is in neighboring Guaynabo.
